Customer Surveys ~ A Collaboration Tool

"Stick to your customers and they'll move you forward", well said Dr. Bennett McClellan.  This mantra defines the business strategy at Penworks. We do believe that customers have validated our business based on their feedback and that got us to the next playing field. And so it is critical that we know what our customers are looking for as we forge ahead to meet the new challenges.

Survey is one of the solutions to finding out what the customer feels about our services, about how we can do better, where we can help them, and what it is that they want from us next, within the realms of our relationship.

Survey is a  tool to gather the required information  for our technical documentation services and categorize it into meaningful reports that bridge the gap between us and our new and existing customers. This is how we are developing our capability to gather and cater to our customer needs and it will always be a work in progress to tie up the bonds firmly.    

No one wants to be doing anything different in a company, all playing by the rules, policies and procedures least they be labeled inefficient and distracted. How can we counter position to this thought and set of people, who are at the core of a company, who are so deep in the company culture that they won't look at an opportunity to unload and get a task done by outsourcing. A survey acts as a medium to change that negative perception to a positive one, of value add for the company, by asking pertinent questions and allowing the company to think and grow rich by collaborating.
